Open Question: What's an easy way to get javascript to pop up an image location instead of having to right click and view...
I have to sift through thousands of images a day on the internet for work, and I need a fast and easy way to view image properties (specifically the LOCATION of the image) without having to right click and view properties.
I would like for the image location to popup somehow whenever I on-hover the image.
Is there a way to do this with or without javascript or CSS? how can this be accomplished?

Open Question: Is this right?
When my MIL passed away, she divided up her land and left it to her children, giving each of them an equal amount.
What she also did was left it for her children to decide what to do with her house and that land that it is sitting on. Naturally, that just keeps them all infused with one another and connected. MIL placed a lot of guilt on her children to "value" that house and land, so they don't want to sell it to a "stranger" to live in. That right there speaks volumes.
The oldest sibling was living with MIL prior to her death, and they continue to live in that house today; however, all the siblings are paying for the property taxes on that land where the house is.
I feel that the sibling that is living in the house should pay for most of those property taxes since they are living in it, and dividing up a portion of what is owed for taxes on that part of the land. He is getting a free ride all the way around.
This is taking money out of my household supporting an IL.

Open Question: Council Tax Exemption - is this true??
I purchased a property and completion was on 30th Nov.
I applied for the exemption of council tax as I am decorating and wont be living there for about 6 months.
However, I have been told that because the property was vacant since July 07 and was on exemption then, I have to now pay because those 6 months ran out.
Surely it should start again from when I bought the property??
Is this right??

Open Question: Could my employer legally fire me in this instance?
I just asked a similar question in the Law & Ethics section and out of 17 answers only three of them paid attention to the question. In a nutshell hereâ™s my question â" if I disclosed a felony conviction to my employer prior to be hired (verbally and in writing on my application) and they decided to hire me anyway (after conducting an official background check), can they fire me based on the request of our client. We are a commercial real estate company and our client is a major railroad company. Yesterday, we received an e-mail from our client saying as a safety measure they will be doing background checks on every railroad employee and contractor on the property.
I talked to my supervisor (who knew nothing about my background until I told her) and she suggested I call our HR person. I talked to the HR person and she double-checked my file. The conviction was indeed listed on the application and they have a copy of the background check in the file. She said as far as my company is concerned I am okay since I told the truth and they hired me. But she didnâ™t know what our client was looking for or what action they will take if one of our employees does have something on their record. She said for all she knows some other employee could have done something after being hired on. She is going to call our client to find out what they will do in the event that something comes up.
Can my company legally fire me if asked to do so by the client? Or to protect themselves would they try to find a legitimate reason to fire me later on down the line? What legal rights would I have if I were fired?
I live and work in Texas.

Women are exempt from:
a.. Fasting when they are pregnant or nursing or menstruating,
b.. Praying when menstruating or bleeding after childbirth,
c.. The obligation to attend congregational prayers in the mosque on Fridays.
d.. They are not obliged to take part as soldiers in the defense of Islam, although they are not forbidden to do so.
But under normal circumstances they are allowed to do all the things that men do.
Even when they are menstruating, on special days, like the two Eid festivals, they are still allowed to come to the Eid prayers, and menstruating women can take part in most of the actions of the Hajj pilgrimage.
Islamic laws does not requires that women should confine themselves to household duties.
Muslim women have [and are as well] headed Islamic provinces [and states as well], like Arwa bint Ahmad, who served as governor of Yemen under the Fatimid Khalifahs in the late fifth and early sixth century.

Open Question: Do you think there is a good chance that I could be fired?
I have been officially working for a commercial real estate company since April of 2004. I started through a temporary agency in July of 2003 and was hired permanently on April of 2004, so technically almost five years at the same company. I started on one account and after the company lost that account I was hired to work on another account in the same building.
This account is for a major railroad company and we handle all of their real estate transactions for them. I work in the Permits department and issue permits to people who need to access the railroad's property and want to install a utility or do a survey.
Back in 1997 I was involved with a guy who had a long rap sheet, and I was very dedicated to him. I was working at a place where I was responsible for making bank deposits but the deposit didn't make it there one day. My ex-boyfriend stole the cash so therefore I couldn't deposit the checks without the cash. There were about $45,000 in checks.
When it was all said and done I was changed with aggravated theft in the first degree which is a felony in the state that I was living in. I was sentenced to 24 months probation, given a fine and had to do a 30 day work release program. That was the easiest way out for me at that time, seeming I didn't want to lose the job I had. I didn't want to tell the police that my ex-boyfriend had any involvement because I figured it was my first offense and it would be easier for me to get off (wrong).
Anyway, when I applied for the job that I have now I disclosed this information to the company. I put it on the application. They have the background investigation in my HR file. So I never lied about anything. However, our client (the railroad) sent out an email yesterday saying they want to do a background check on everyone on their property (we work on their campus). I talked to my HR person and my supervisor yesterday, and they said I am okay as far as our company is concerned.
But we don't know what the procedure will be with our client? My employer hired me knowing the circumstances so will that be good enough for our client? They are obviously doing the background check for a reason. Is it just so they can know who's on their property, or is it so they can get criminals off their property?
If the client were to ask my employer to let me go, could they legally do that since I disclosed the issue on my application? Does anyone have any experience with this?
Please read the question. The case is done and over with. I did not report him at the time and took the blame for the incident. If my employer (that I got hired at in 2003) knew of my issue, then why would I go to jail now? The issue is done. My question is what action do you think our client will take as far as me working on their property?

Open Question: EDoes islam respect women?
Islam Respects Women as Equals
The Myth:
The Qurâ™an places men and women on equal foundation before Allah. Each person is judged according to his or her own deeds. Women have equal rights under Islamic law.
The Truth:
Merely stating that individuals will be judged as such by Allah does not mean that they have equal rights and roles, or that they are judged by the same standards. In fact, Sura 37:22-23 implies that women will be punished on Judgment Day for sins committed by their husbands.
There is no ambiguity in the Qurâ™an, the life of Muhammad, or Islamic law as to the inferiority of women to men, despite the efforts of modern-day apologists to salvage Western-style feminism from scraps and fragments of verses that have historically held no such progressive interpretation.
After military conquests, Muhammad would dole out captured women as war prizes to his men. In at least one case, he advocated that they be raped in front of their husbands. Captured women were made into sex slaves by the very men who killed their husbands and brothers. There are at least three Qurâ™anic verses in which Allah makes it clear that a Muslim master has full sexual access to his female slaves, yet there is not one that prohibits rape.
The Qurâ™an gives Muslim men permission to beat their wives for disobedience. It plainly says that husbands are âœa degree aboveâ wives. The Hadith says that women are intellectually inferior, and that they comprise the majority of Hellâ™s occupants.
Under Islamic law, a man may divorce his wife at the drop of a hat. If he wishes to remarry her, then she must first have sex with another man. Men are exempt from such degradations.
Muslim women are not free to marry whomever they please, as are Muslim men. Their husband may bring other wives into the marriage bed. She must be sexually available to him at all times (as a field ready to be âœtilled,â according to the holy book of Islam).
Muslim women do not inherit property in equal portions to males. Their testimony in court is considered to be worth only half that of a manâ™s. Unlike a man, she must cover her head and often her face.
If a woman wants to prove that she was raped, then there must be four male witnesses to corroborate her account. Otherwise she will be jailed or stoned to death for confessing to âœadultery.â
Given all of this, it is quite a stretch to say that men and women have âœequality under Islamâ based on obscure theological analogies or comparisons. This is an entirely new stratagem that is designed to appeal to modern tastes, but is in sharp disagreement with the reality of Islamic law and history.

I have always paid all my H.O.A. dues. Ouyr latest PPC hired a lawyer to put liens on about 14 different homes in my neighborhood for failure to pay dues. There is a lien on my property for not paying 2007 dues. I was told I had to pay or prove I paid. I sent copies of all cleared cecks for 2007 and asked them to remove the lien. They said that they didn't mean 2007, that it was accumulated since 2005 and 2006. I asked what dates I owe. They said they don't know, so I need to prove I paid all dues. I filed a contest of lien and now I was just served to show up in court becaudse they want to foreclose on my property. I went to the H.O.A. meeting last night and they said I was not an owner (my wife is on the deed, but I am on the mortage. For 3 years, I always atteneded meetings without a problem!) They called the police to have be thrown out. The lien does NOT say anything about 2005 or 2006, so it was filed wrong. and isn't throwing me out discrimination? They didn't ask anyone else th

Open Question: How far is it true that Benazir Bhutto was Asif Zardari's second wife, she was divorced& he plotted to kill ?
Veteran journalist Altaf Hasan Quraishi wrote in his digest in Urdu informations furnished by his another journalist friend of Karachi(which he says he disagrees2) that Benazir was divorced by his husband when he was released after passing 81/2 years in jail(for heavy corruption charges) & b coz of long separation. That's why both were living in separate countries. Open Question: Whats the next thing the government is going to take?
Subject: Obama sponsored bill just passed!
You won't find this on the news channels.....hmmmmm....wonder why?? Obama sponsored a bill called the Global Poverty Act - Look it up - and it just passed the Senate today without any fanfare or news coverage. Joe Biden was the one that RUSHED it through for a quick vote from the senate. The basic plan is to essentially create another tax on the american people and commit nearly 1 trillion, $1,000,000,000,000 to the United Nations to fight global poverty along with many other appendages to the bill. Who in the heck is going to pay for this? Oh, yeah, the american people. How?? By further destroying the right of property guaranteed by the Constitution. Oh I almost forgot......we only have a Constitution in name only!! As Ezra Taft Benson said and I paraphrase: The Constitution now hangs by a thread and the thread by which it now hangs is the franchise to vote.
Watch out, the Global carbon tax is on the way!!! Another tax to further erode our right of property. If people only understood what all of these fair promises actually do to destroy our rights. Sigh.....This is what happens to a sleepy and apathetic people - insidious bondage.
